Review of Turtle Watering Can - Blue

This watering can is so cool, but one of the little feet broke after only a month of moderate use (no abuse really). The seller replaced it without any questions asked and without even asking me to ship the damaged one. The can is smaller than I expected, but it is just the right size for my toddler. Review of Lambs & Ivy Zoofari 6 Piece Crib Bedding Set

I got this to go with a baby animal border I bought for our son's room. It looks, feels wonderful, and he loves it! There is a little lion with a red textured mane that he seems to talk to and smile at all the time. It is well made and bright. The little leopard print border breaks the green up and adds such a cute flare. We added a zebra print rug to the room and it fit perfectly. We love this set so much that we are getting two more for our twins!
I would suggest buying the lamp also, it's so cute, and if you put an energy bulb it puts a soft glow in the room without the blinding overhead light of most ceiling units.
Also if you have a solid back lifetime crib, like we do, you might consider not using the bumper or installing Velcro to attach it to the back, it was the only part that was a little tricky.

Review of Tub Tunes: Water Xylophone

I bought this as a gift for my 23-month-old and it was an instant winner. She likes to put it on the rim of the tub and bang on it there. Her older sister (6) also likes it quite a bit. She likes to float it and take it apart, as well as use it to play Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. The only problem I have with it is that it doesn't include one note on the musical scale but this doesn't matter to the kids. Physically the product is sturdy and made in such a way that it doesn't retain any water so mildew won't be an issue.

Review of Mini Bath Buddies in PVC Bag

I have 2 sets of these, one with the duck and the other with various fish. My daughter enjoyed playing with these for a while. She learnt the names of various fish - dolphin, shark, turtle, alligator, pelican, starfish, octopus, etc.

The only problem is that they get mould / mildew inside which I tried to clean with dish soap and bleach but to no avail.

When I bought this product I thought it was adorable.It is brightly colored and is a neat idea.However after about 2 months, maybe not even that, it just fell off my bathtub.One adhesive tape was still stuck to the product and the other was still stuck to my tub.I called Munchkin's customer service and she gave me two options.Either I would have to go to a hardware store and buy more adhesive tape at my expense to repair it.Or return the product at my expense and they would replace it.She said it was a new product this year and that she didn't know much about it.That is lousy if you ask me.Hope you have more luck with yours.Looking back I wish I had spent the extra money to get the Boon Frog Scoop.

Review of Safety 1st Complete Care Bath Center

This bath works well with babies who are too long for smaller infant tubs but not yet sitting on their own. Thanks to the cradle, it lets baby lay back while still allowing room for them to kick their legs without hitting the end of the bath.

However, it must be noted that the other review that mentions it not holding water is not true. When put together correctly, the floor of the bath snaps in place. If this is not done, yes it will leak water. I have had no problems with this bath leaking water.

The reason it does not get a higher score from me are for these reasons:

1. The floor of the bath has a ledge that introduces an uneven surface in the tub--half of floor of the bath is actually about an inch higher than the other half. This is not a big deal when using the cradle, but must be noted when the child can sit upright (as you would obviously want to sit his/her bum on the higher portion).

2. The bath also locks in on the sides. After using the bath, it is sometimes difficult to unlock the sides. It's awkward more than difficult, I guess, but it does seem that an easier option could have been implemented.

Overall, the bath is good purchase; it comes with lots of accessories and can easily grow with a child from infancy. The bath slides to a smaller size for storage but expands nicely for use.

Review of Safety 1st Tubside Bath Seat

When our six-month old was an infant, we bathed him in a typical baby bathtub, but he outgrew that one rather quick (he is a tall/heavy boy) and it was beginning to become uncomfortable for him, so we recently got this tubside bath seat for him. He sits inside a ring that holds him (up to what age, still remains to be seen), has room for his legs to stick out, while it gives us room to clean his head and back, and we can rotate the ring with him inside as needed.
So far, he's loving it (I guess, the fact that it allows him to sit in water helps) as he can splash and play with his bath toys, while we can get him clean for his nightsleep. The two challenges we've found are cleaning his belly (since he's compelled to be pushing it against the front of the ring, trying to reach his toys) and getting him into the seat (getting his legs in the proper spots), but this last thing is something that almost ALL seating gear for babies have an "issue" with.
In any case, two words of advice:
1) Measure your bathtub, to make sure the seat fits it. I can see how some other reviewers might have had a hard time with this, since it doesn't seem to fit all sizes.
2) If you get it, when you use it, never leave your baby unattended, no matter how safe or great it feels (which it does!)
Otherwise, highly recommendable. Enjoyable for the baby, comfortable on the parents! :)

This is more of a toy than a safety measure in my house.It doesn't seem reliable or trustworthy.It worked the first couple of times I used it but the letters "H O T" soon lost their sensitivity to heat and ever since then we have kept it strictly as a bath toy.

Review of WEDGimal Ducks, Letters 4-Piece Set

I got these for my 11 month old daughter to play with in the tub. I liked that they had bright colored numbers on them and no holes for water to seep in and mildew. But the tops of the ducks heads are very hard and pointy. If you stepped on one of these or if baby fell down on one, I'm positive the sharp points would break the skin. I had to be careful with her in the tub while she played with them because she likes to forcefully wave her toys around and if she were to hit herself in the head with one...OUCH! The ducks really did surprise me with this. I wish I had not bought them at all. I'm not going to let her play with them anymore. I'll get her some that don't have pointy, hard edges on them.

We got this potty for our son when he was potty training.It was WONDERFUL!We used it at home on our big toilet.Then we took it with us to stores and he brought it to day care.It made all pottys seem the same.Anyone who is or has ever potty trained a child knows that going to a strange bathroom can be very scary for them!

I read some reviews on this and other similar seats.We had no issues with it pinching or collapsing in.You do have to make sure the front lip is over the front of the toilet.I have a feeling some of the other people who posted negative responses may not have positioned the seat correctly on the bowl.It fits round and oval shaped seats.

After my son used it we just washed it in the sink while we washed hands.It was part of the routine. I totally recommend this seat for anyone potty training!!!

This is a very nice corner caddy.Unlike many similar items, it sticks well to the wall; we've had it for a few months now, and it hasn't fallen off once.It also holds a lot of toys (both volume and weight).The mesh structure allows the water to drain, so it doesn't get moldy and smelly.My one small complaint is that the sides tend to bend inwards rather than staying straight.However, once items are placed inside, they push the sides out so it looks fine.Overall, I recommend highly.

My daughter received these as a birthday gift in December 2006 and in June 2008 they are still in excellent shape. They are very durable and the suction cup on the cup stand is very strong. We don't have a shower diverter pull on our faucet, so this faucet cover often falls off.Additionally, it has so many crevices that just turns orange with mold and is impossible to clean.It pretty much has to be soaked and then cleaned with a Qtip and there are still parts that don't get cleaned.Love other Boon products, but I'd pass on this one.Actually in the market for a new faucet cover.
