I bought this bag a few months ago and its great.I originally bought it for my daughter's tub toys but I also used it to carry her beach and pool toys.It's large and has mesh on the bottom and one side so the water can drain out.It's easy to take along where ever you go.The opening is large so I don't know what that other person was talking about.I love it so much that I am going to buy another one this way I have one for the beach and pool and one for the tub.I also love the fact that I can hang it because the suction doesn't work on my bathroom tile.That was my biggest problem when looking for a bag for tub toys, one with no suction but most of them suction only but this one hangs also so it's great.And you can hang it outside to dry after the beach or pool.My sister commented on how it great it was and she is going to buy one also.

Review of Manhattan Toy Boogaloo Bath Book and Bath Mitt

My daughter loves the flaps in the tub book. It has been another way for her to improve her dexterity. She loved it the most between 5 and 8 months old. Now, she seems to have tired of it.
I was disappointed that the hippo bath mit is less detailed than the alligator mit. The alligator has teeth and a pink mouth and the hippo is just the solid purple. Also, I think that the set is a little over-priced.

Review of Fisher-Price Soapity Suds Wubbzy

We bought this for our 2 year old who just adores Wubbzy....We got ready for her bath, we added the soap per instructions, and bubbles came out of Wubbzy's head, eyes, nose, mouth....it was kind of horrific.Now had it made a delightful bubble wig as described, we would have been happy but in reality, Wubbzy looked infected with a weepy, bubbly kind of disease.

We tried to find some redeeming qualities in the toy....however, Wubbzy has a hard casing inside so is not that cuddly either.Other than that, Wubbzy is, as always, cute to look at.

However, this is not worth the money.

Review of Floating Island Bath Time Adventure

I bought this toy for $4.99, so I don't feel as cheated....but it has some problems.
CONS
1. IT DOESN'T FLOAT VERY WELL!hello!
2. The tree doesn't clip into the base in any way, so it is constantly falls off.
2. The dolls have holes in the bottom.Once they are in the water, water is constantly coming out of them.You cannot play with them outside of the tub (not to mention the cooties growing on the inside and coming out when they are submerged.
3. The boat won't stay on the tie off, very frustrating for a 3 year old.

Pros
1. It is Dora, which makes everyone smile :)
2. They loved putting everyone down the slide.
A great concept, just not designed very well at all.

These are nice and thick, so little ones can't bite parts off.They are also patterned on one side, which helps my son recognize which way a letter is supposed to face.He has had these since he was less than a year old and still loves them at 2 1/2.He learned letter recognition with these by the time he was about 15 months.These are really a wonderful, fun way to teach!!!

This is a great idea to keep bathtoys together. It dosent stick on my shower wall though. I think because its slightly textured. But I still use it in the bathtub. After my son's bath I put the toys in it on the floor of the tub to drain. I would still recommend it though. Its nice to have the tub toys organized.

Review of K's Kids Hungry Pelican in Bath

My 8mo old son absolutely loves this toy! He got it for Christmas when he was 6mo and always wants to play with it over his other bath toys. The only problem is it's way too heavy for him to hold still. He likes chewing/kissing the pelican mouth and the little toy fish/crab/shrimp/octupus are perfect for his teeny hands. my daughter is 2 and loves to play likes shes on the phone.I came across this and thought it might be fun for her to play with.It will ring when the sensors on the back are both touched rather with water or with hand.None of the buttons do anything... it just rings when sensors touched.Not really what I expected.She likes to hear beeps or noise of some sort when she pushes the buttons.

Review of Summer Tub Time Bubble Maker

I purchased this a few months ago and threw it out after the first use. This seemed like it would be a fun toy for my boys as they both LOVE Bubbles but it broke during our first use. The toy apparently is not made to get wet but it is sold as a bath tub toy-go figure. As soon as the toy got wet the motor started slowing down and would no longer produce bubbles. I'm not talking submerged in water either- just wet from bath time splashing. A real piece of junk- save your money!

We are using the changing bathing table combo for 5 weeks now. We really like it. We were not really convinced when it arrived and we put it together. However, after 5 weeks of intensive use with our newborn, we both think it is great. The working height is very convenient. I am 5-8 and my husband is taller. Maybe for very short people the table is too high. We really like that you can have anything you might need for changing and bathing easily accessible on the open shelves and in the different compartments. The changing table surface is soft enough and easy to clean for those little accidents that happen during changing. The tub is great also. However we bought a little insert to rest the baby on while it is bathed, that is more comfy and adjusts to the babies body. The insert looks like a miniature sun bathing chair. The water drainage works great. The tub is easy to clean. I also like that the system is highly mobile. So you can change its location easily. Just roll it around. My sister used it for her two year old today. And the changing table even worked for the bigger infant. She even fell asleep on it, so I assume it was comfy for her. I would totally recommend this product for a friend.

When I purchased this item I thought it was going to be larger - and able to hold more then just the toys that it comes with. I was hoping to store more of my son's bath toys in it. Unfortunately it is just large enough to hold the toys that it comes with.

Like all of the Lamaze items I have purchased this item is well made and my son has enjoyed it. He is just starting to figure out how to take the toys in and out of it. My one complaint would be that the Frog's mouth is fairly small and it is a bit hard for a baby to take the toys in and out as the fit is fairly tight.

If you are looking for a bath toy this is great, if you are looking for a place to store toys I would recommend you keep on looking.

I bought this for my daughter because anything made by brio is great.All of their toys have been a hit at our house and this toy is no exception.My daughter loves the three little characters.I believe that they are a bear, dog, and a pig. Kaylie carries them everywhere.They even come apart so you can use them like a sieve in the tub.I didn't even know the mast was a whistle until I saw my daughter using it one day.She has a great time blowing it.The thing I really like about this toy is that all of the pieces come apart so you can really get the water out of the toy after the bath is done.I have had to get rid of some toys that retained water because I was afraid of mildew and germs.This is another well made fun toy by an excellent company.

My daughter LOVES bubbles and received this for her birthday and we were pretty excited to try it out.I have to say that this is the most underwhelming display of bubbles I've ever seen.I can make more bubbles with an old fashioned bottle of bubbles and my own lung power that this thing puts out.It takes considerable effort to get it going and once you do, it doesn't work well.Don't waste your money.

Review of Summer Infant Fold N' Store Tub Time Bath Sling

This sling is just what we've been looking for and I wish we'd had it during the first 5 months. Unlike the big bath sponge we used earlier, this one is lightweight mesh fabric that lets the water and air pass through easily so it dries completely once you're done with no mildew smell to contend with.

The incline is great because you can pour water on the baby's tummy and there's less chance of it pooling around her chin or getting in her mouth. It also allows baby to see what you're doing. We fill a big bowl with water at her feet and dip water out of that to soap up the washcloth and rinse as needed. Since the sling is inclined, she can watch us do each step.

Also, since the Bath Sling folds into such a compact size, once it's dry between baths you can store it in a drawer, under the sink, or even take it in your suitcase for trips. It'd be nice if it were a smidge longer: we didn't get it until our baby was 5 months old and as we head for month seven, she's getting a little long for it, but we use it anyway and just let her legs extend a little more past the end.

If you're debating bath products, skip the sponge (hard to squeeze water out, bulky to store, especially when wet) and get this sling. You can us it from birth to at least 6 months or longer and by then, some babies can sit in the tub without help, so you can get a lot of use out of it.

The suction cups on this toy are pretty strong and none of the pieces fall off the tub.You do need quite a bit of space to set up every single piece if you truly want the waterfall effect.However, we just set up a couple pieces at a time and let our son pour water over two at a time to see the water cascade.Overall, it's a very nicely designed toy.

Review of Safety 1st Comfy Bath Cushion, Green

This was only $6 but its $6 I wish I hadnt spent.
This is pretty thin and very cheaply made.It is also not soft at all like youd think and expect.It feels like scratchy acrylic or something.You would be better off laying a towel down and putting the baby on that.
We have one we bought at Target that I love.I think its from the parents or parenting brand, its yellow with a little heat sensor thing on it that turns white if the water is too hot.I love that one.I only bought the frog because I thought it would be something a little more cute.I'll be sticking with using the old one.

Review of Munchkin Foam Bath Toys - Numbers/Letters

Really, these toys smell awful. The smell made us all light headed as soon as we opened them. They are now on the back porch off gassing and airing out. But they still smell two days later. Hopefully the smell will go away so we can enjoy them, but I seriously worry about our son sucking on them and playing with them since they smell so bad.

Three sons in bathtub - 4, 2.5, 1 yr.Toys need to be durable.We have die cut foam letters (exact shape of each letter).One year old likes to tear them apart.Because these are just rectangle, 1 year old can't tear them.They still go in his mouth for some great teeth bite marks; but performance hasn't been hampered.My 4 year old likes to spell words with these.I'm considering getting a second set so we can spell more words with the duplicate letters.The kids like that the pieces fit together like a long puzzle.I currently have them stored in a not so easy to get spot so I can't measure exact dimensions; but each letter is more than 2" wide and 3" tall.They are a nice substantial size.I was worried about the size when I ordered them from Amazon because the dimension of each piece wasn't specified.But that turned out to not be a problem at all.I am very pleased with these.

I am so glad I read the reviews of other spout guards - several of them mentioned that the other guards were too small to fit their faucets and so I ordered this one because it's "bigger" and it fit my standard sized spout perfectly.

Review of Magnetic Boats

I don't think these were worth what I paid for them however my son does seem to love playing with them in the tub. So far they haven't fallen apart but the paint is starting to wear on them already. I'm a bit concerned about them being made in China given all the bad publicity about the lead paints but I have yet to see these on a recall list as of yet.

I was so excited to purchase this rubber ducky for my 1 year old daughter.As an environmental engineer, I bought it because it is phthalate, PVC, and BPA-free.Unfortunately, this duck filled with water as soon as we began using it, and there is no way to get the water out.My daughter wasn't interested in it either because it doesn't squeek and it is very hard.I threw it out and have decided to keep looking for a safe rubber ducky.

Review of Edushape Rolliphant Slides Bath Toy

I bought this for my 4 and 2yr old for Christmas. They really like it but the suction cups suck. They send an extra in the box but I ended up having two that would not stay at all. I also have tile in my bathroom so its hard to get the suction cups to work and get the trunks to line up. I am going to see if I can find some better cups for it. Other than that the kids really seem to like it.

Review of Munchkin Sea & Learn Bath Shapes

While I love the concept of this item, as it encourages learning while in the bath...I'm disappointed by this particular item. The graphics printed on the front side of each letter and number visually distract from the overall shape making learning and recognition very difficult. If there were no graphics then the size, utility and concept of this item would be perfect. We're going to buy one of the other sets from another comany with no graphics.

Review of Alex Toys Sort N Spray Whale

I was very disappointed. Every time my 14 month old tried to insert a shape the water would push it back toward him because instead of floating it kept filling with water and would half sink.The bottom won't stay attached to the top causing the whole thing to capsize.

I ended up throwing it away after watching my child get more and more frustrated trying to use it.

And the spout of water isn't a spout it's a pathetic little trickle.Hardly enough to notice.

Definitely not worth the money.

Review of Munchkin Muddy Pigs Bath Toy

Very cute bath toys. My sons (3 1/2 yrs & 11 months) got this for Christmas in their stockings. Very cute how the mud "goes away" in the warm water and comes back when it is out of the water. I just didn't know that they could "squirt". I was trying to purchase all bath toys that don't squirt b/c I was sick of the gross mold that grows in the toys. But I used a hot glue gun to seal up the hole before it went in the water and so far it has worked. All in all a very cute toy. Definitely recommend!

I've bought this tub thinking that I can just fold it up and store it under the sink.But that's not how it works.It take many steps to fold and unfold it, one of them ivolves inflating the seat!The mechanism for snapping it in place when it's unfolded looks like it would break if it was used a couple of times.Also, the plastic inflatable seat smells like all of the plastic inflatable things, probably not very pleasant for a little baby.I am returning this item.

My 20 month old LOVES bubbles, and loves baths, so I thought this toy would be great for him.But the piece that suctions to the wall didn't stick at all, frustrating my son and I; the part of the "airplane" that was supposed to dip into the tray doesn't fit into it very well; and we ended up dumping the whole bottle of bubble solution in our attempts to get it all to work.Now he occasionally blows on the wings of the airplane, outside of the tub, but otherwise it's been useless.

I'm not sure how you're supposed to use this toy, but I can tell you how my 2-year-old used it.She struggled with the pop-top for a little while, then realized that she could unscrew it, and after she did that, she poured out all the color directly into the bathwater.Then she looked at me and said, "Daddy, fix it!".After that, I opened the pop tops for her, but it's still an awkward toy to use -- too stiff to squeeze easily, and you have to keep the point down while writing, which is not too easy for little kids.I asked my wife what I was doing wrong, and she just said, "maybe it's just a poorly designed toy."

Review of Fisher-Price Precious Planet Peek 'N Play Bath Mirror

My daughter hated her tubby time for a while.Not sure if it was this toy that did it (most likely, not)....but now she is enjoying her bath, and she especially loves the squirt toys that come in this set.She loves the comb, and we use the alligator as her hair rinse cup.The only reason I gave this a 4 rather than 5 stars is because the mirror always has a film over it, no matter what I do to clean it.But she can still see herself...and again the toys that come with it are fantastic.I also like the mesh bag to hold all the toys.Just wish it was a bit bigger.
