Review of Rub a Dub Talk of the Tub

my daughter is 2 and loves to play likes shes on the phone.I came across this and thought it might be fun for her to play with.It will ring when the sensors on the back are both touched rather with water or with hand.None of the buttons do anything... it just rings when sensors touched.Not really what I expected.She likes to hear beeps or noise of some sort when she pushes the buttons.
