My mother purchased this for our seven month old daughter; it is her first bath toy.There is a dolphin, a starfish, and a a tube.The dolphin is plastic and the fins and tail turn and click.The tube is plastic too.The starfish is soft and squirts.She loves playing with these in the tub!They are simple and fun.This would make a great stocking stuffer for Christmas.
